The tomb of Pope Benedict XVI under St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican is now open to the public. The former pontiff was buried on January 5, immediately after the funeral in St. Peter's Square. The former pope passed away on December 31 at the age of 95.
Benedict's tomb is located in the crypt under the main floor of the basilica.
