Singing chefs and delicious food at a gastronomic festival in the Kursk region
The press service of the regional government informs that on the territory of the ethnographic complex "Park of Mills" in the village of Krasnikovo, Kursk region, the gastronomic festival “Cuisines of the World” will take place on Saturday.
Visitors of the festival will be treated to Kursk porridge, tea and lightly salted cucumbers. In the courtyards of the Azerbaijani, Moldavian and Caucasian diaspora, it will be possible to try national dishes at a free tasting.
Culinary master classes dedicated to painting gingerbread and baking pancakes will be held at the festival site. There will also be an opportunity to master the skills of painting a Kozhlyan clay toy, creating a rag doll “Pelenashka”; and the amulet doll “Zernovushka” and a free master class on bachata.
Building complex «Mill Park» is an ethnographic complex inspired by the ancient Russian village. It is located in the village of Krasnikovo, Kursk Region, and includes an old water mill of the 18th century.
Festival “Cuisines of the World” is the fourth event out of 12 organized within the framework of the interregional project “Park of Mills – Culture 365”.
