S7 Airlines launches flights from Irkutsk to Bangkok on November 18.

Foreign OmanAir resumes Muscat-Moscow flights from December 2. And Utair will launch flights from Grozny to Tehran on November 16 and increase the number of aircraft on the Grozny-Dubai route.
