Aviation authorities have several versions of what happened
In the USA, a loader was sucked into an airplane engine on New Year's Day
In the USA, an airport loader died shortly before the departure of the passenger liner. The man was packing his suitcases into the luggage compartment when the engine of the plane turned on.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of December 31 at the airport in Montgomery (Alabama) in the south of the United States. The Embraer 175 liner flew to Dallas, Texas.
A colleague of the deceased says that he worked as always. No signs of trouble. After the emergency, the airport was closed for several hours. The emergency services were alerted.
The aviation authorities have several versions of what happened: either the pilots started the engine earlier than expected, or the dispatcher gave them such an incorrect command, or the deceased himself violated safety rules and entered the restricted area at the wrong time in soundproof headphones, because of which he did not hear the launch of the blades.
