A 25-year-old tourist from Azerbaijan abused a 20-year-old girl who worked as a night manager in a hotel in St. Petersburg.
The hotel is located on Obukhovskaya Oborony Avenue. It originates from the Alexander Nevsky Lavra and goes along the banks of the Neva to the southern outskirts of the Northern capital. From here you can quickly get to Staro-Nevsky Prospekt, Obvodny Canal or the Peski area.
A traveler from Azerbaijan has been resting in St. Petersburg for the 10th day. On the evening of Saturday, September 17, he decided to win the love of the receptionist of the hotel where he lived.
Apparently, the girl refused, after which the tourist wanted to achieve his goal by force. The Petersburger herself was afraid to report the incident to the police. Instead, she complained about the abuse to her aunt. She turned out to be more courageous and immediately called the law enforcement officers of the Nevsky district.
They quickly went to the hotel and detained the offender. He was placed in a pre-trial detention center, a criminal case was initiated.
