Georgia's income from tourists increased by 3.5 times

Georgia's income from international travelers for five months of 2022 increased by more than three times and amounted to $840.9 million. This is 374.5% more than last year, according to the National Bank of the country.

In May, tourism revenue brought the country $258.6 million, which is 250 .4% higher than last year.

According to the regulator, tourists from the Russian Federation spent the most money during the specified period – $150.4, followed by Belarus – $94.6 million and EU countries – $90.4 million
